Commercial Grounds Maintenance

Commercial plowing, sidewalk clearing, salting and de-icing from November through March on a seasonal fixed-rate contract. Pre-storm brine treatment, 24/7 monitoring through storm events, and refreeze checks after the storm passes.
Massachusetts clearing deadlines run from three hours in Boston to twelve in Swampscott, and most North Shore towns fine for missing them. We schedule against those windows, not against the weather report.
Landscape Construction and Masonry
Walkways, patios, retaining and seating walls, granite steps and stone masonry — built for New England freeze-thaw, which on our properties means a compacted processed-gravel base below the frost line and polymeric-sand joints that don’t wash out.
